This report is being looked into. Please be patient.
The users were blocking the road and caused an accident, they also did not apologize for this, so either they didn't care or they didn't realize they were at fault for the accident. They will both receive a warning about blocking the road and apologizing for accidents. Thank you for the report, have a beautiful day.
