Hey I lost Connection to the servers for about 3 minutes ago, and now it says "Host interrupted Connection" Help please?

I banned you cause you were lagging all over the road, and you seem unable or not willing to solve it. So, you bring up a solution, I'll unban you , but I won't let you terrorise everyone else on the server with it.
Alright? When am I unbanned, cause I found a solution now how to fix it
I'll unban you right away if you actually solved it.
i tested it and it Works on other servers atleast
