I never saw anything wrong, first pit prior to your left turn on snake pass I was moving in for a pit but slightly hit your door and backed off. Right afterwards, you turn onto snake pass and I got two clean pits on you.

4:27:00

I may have bumped you a little hard, I checked the replay and saw about a 13mph difference at max, but as I re watched that multiple times and believed some of that played to your ping spiking and just as I came up behind you to nudge you I misjudged some of our speed difference. I did notice you clutched in and full braked as my car was just on your tail. From my experience, you flew pretty good so Not sure if that was lag or not. I apologized soon after once I ready chat and I'll say it again. I'm sorry for that.

42:13:03

I came in behind you for a slight push and also braked to make sure it was nothing to hard. People do it to me all the time. Rubbing is racing. The second one soon after you braked and I also braked. No damage or anything was done to either of us and you continued to brake check me and then pitted me after I was attempt to make a pit on you which force me into the grass.

44:25:40

As I was catching up to you I was at 130mph and braked for some time prior to the turn and still hit you at a decent speed. I had no idea you were going to completely stop in a turn and then make a left. With all the room and no one around I'd have thought or from my perspective would have stopped further up or in the opposite lane to make a U Turn to avoid cops from hitting my rear. How ever, seeing that I feel responsible for that I will say Sorry once again, but don't believe it was entirely my fault. I brake before corners just enough so that I can coast and accelerate out of them usually, but I still had full brakes here. I let off once for a mili second thinking you were going up the turn and then mashed my foot on my brake as hard as possible knowing you came to a full stop. Having brakes set 64% forward I doubt I could've turned to avoid with brakes on at any rate.

If you feel that you want a refund, let me know how much your fine was and I'll gladly give it back to you.

This report is being looked into. Please be patient.
39.36:65 :

You hit the brakes when he was trying to pit you, which resulted in a hit to your front fender. Your fault here.

40:27:00 :

Not sure what he was trying to do here, he went straight for your rear bumper with a speed difference over 20km/h. Eventhough the lag might have been your fault, his use of force was neither tactical nor calculated.

You were only braking once the hit occured, so not your fault by brakechecking.

42:13:03 :

Similar incident as above. He went full throttle into the right part of your bumper. Speed difference around 10 km/h, since there was no lag involved you were able to save it. Still not an acceptable maneuver.

44:25:40 :

You were braking for a u-turn, once demon noticed what you were trying to do it was too late for him to react. Your fault.

No Demon. The read rules specifically say:

Quote:5.4. Force / Physical Contact

Any force used must be calculated and tactical. The direct impact of intentional contact should cause very minor or ideally no damage to either car. Ramming is forbidden.

Hitting somebody from behind is not an acceptable form of force, it is understandable that in the heat of the moment mistakes can happen and that a poorly timed pit can result in a light shunt.

However both incidents clearly show you going for one side of his bumper with a significant speed difference, those hits were on purpose and neither tactical nor calculated. It is plainly said ramming the suspect in the back.

Such hits are only allowed when the suspect is brakechecking and you have no chance to react in time, then you may hit the suspect.
You are still expected to reduce the speed difference if possible.

I will put a warning on your urs, for these two incidents Demon. Please note that hitting the suspect like you did, is not an acceptable form of Force.

I will leave this open for a day, incase any of you has any open questions.

Since both people saw this i'm gonna archive this.

Action has been taken as described.

Thank you for your report.

It has now been moved to the archives.
