Clearly rams 3 cars including my self into HW2, I then push the guys he rammed back to where they were parked.

This report is being looked into. Please be patient.
The user clearly rammed other people, I also watched him ramming during a chase without even saying sorry. I've asked him if he read the rules, he said yes and then ignored me when I asked why he kept breaking the rules. So I will put a short ban in place for him, so he got some time to re-read the rules and make sure he sticks to them in future.

Action has been taken as described.
