I was chasing other player and then THUGZY crash with me. And I flew out of the map

That indicent looks very suspicious since he was accelerating again when he saw the cars in the road and by that time he must have had sirens all over his screen. Had a look at the rest of the replay to make sure.

22:10 shows similar behaviour. Hardly slows down, honks the horn and says "WTF", although he was supposed to slow down for the chase.

Kinda gives it away that one, he thinks it is your fault for not making sure that you pulled onto the highway safely. He saw you in the road, saw the sirens but still rammed heavily into you.
