Well lets start off i don't know why im banned ive been trying to connect for over 1 year and it says something like "Host Refused Connection"

You were banned for money abuse, meaning that you managed to get -5000 or below. This carries a permanent ban. Due to the fact it happened so long ago, I can't check the logs to see the exact reason why you were banned, but I can see you were not swearing.
I am willing to unban you and revive your account (a revive means you will have -4500 money, so be careful not to get to -5000 again). If you get banned for money abuse again,
the ban will not be lifted.
