16:07 -- Panda started harrassing me and didnt stop it when I said
19:04 -- He slow down when I slowed
19:16 -- I said : Get off from me! But he didnt care.
22:00 -- He stopped it.

Panda always ram me when im on server and he is annoying all.

about the ram: i think i said sorry and paid him 150€ as sorry.
about 16:07 to "22:00" i just drove after him without crashing .. what's wrong with it? (and i stopped it after 3 mins)
About the fake pm: this is the only true sentence from this report. i shared fake pm.

The fake pm was meant as a joke and i find it quite harmless. If you don't like him doing, then just ingore it or tell him to stop.
We do take bullying or disrespecting very serious, however i would rather say this was the opposite. He just wanted to have some harmless fun with you and took a bit long to notice that you weren't up to it.

He hardly harrassed you either. He will however receive a warning for ramming and an advice to avoid you.

I feel this whole thing could have been avoided if both of you acted a bit more mature and talked to each other instead of threatening the other party with reports.
We are here to admin the server not be your kindergarten teacher.

Kille will receive a warning for misuse of the !report feature. By the time i did this report that warning was already issued by BP

Panda will receive a warning for ramming.

Action has been taken as described.
