I was driving at my lane, so arrived to the intersection, that guy didnt stop or look if someone was coming. It isnt the first time that guys makes that.
I dont like to report ppl, but that guy is always doing that kind of things..

Seems he has no understanding what that white line infront of him means.
I have given him a confirmable warning, that should make it clear to him.
