● Description of incident (inc Date & Time). Well i was driving in my lane, just braked for go inside that space, and a friend crashed me, so i went to klutch fast. I crashed him, because got crashed, and he stills fining me.

I clearly view in my mirror, your car crashed me, so in find you .. because about few minuts you fun time is : "i overtake a guy,brake hard front of him and my friend block her rear bumper" and if you cry for 150$, ask your friend who crashed you, that's end.
After the fine, your friend send you 500$ and you refuse because you need report as angryman.

28:26:00 : You were tailgating quite a bit, but slowed down once you saw the sirens infront of you. Your mate failed to do that and only noticed your low speed once it was too late.
I would also put the blame on your mate there.
28:45:00 : However here you crash into the amco and do indeed cause an accident. I wouldn't put the full blame on you, but certainly enough to be fineable. At this point the cop can certainly fine your for causing an accident.

The wording is very clear, it says causing an accident. So if somebody gets launched into your car due to the error of a different person, then you can't fine him.
This time you only got lucky, because the car in question did cause an accident shortly later.
Since you crashed shortly later, the fining you was indeed valid. So therefore i will not take any action here.
