Anyone able to give me a hand and tell me which one of these is the best, I'm clueless when it comes to monitors.

What you lose in response time you gain through a crisp, vivid display. Are you really going to notice a 3ms difference? No.

I bought the ASUS VG248QE 24" last week and i couldn't be happier, do NOT get a 60hz monitor, the difference between 144 and 60 is MASSIVE. I was in shock for like 10 minutes when i first played csgo on 144hz. Response time is meh, but hz isn't

I don't understand too much about monitors , but i recommend you little and better monitor than a big and low specs one.
I have one monitor of 29" , and for games , its a little big.

Go for the 144Hz monitor.
I overclocked my monitor from 60Hz to 75Hz and there is a noticeable difference.
Only go for 60Hz if you haven't got a powerfull computer that could generate 144fps.

I have a question, if I get a 144hz monitor and drop below 144fps, won't it be all juddery? How do people avoid that?

Dont know your budget, but this seems a pretty good choise, but if your budget is lower then this or that look like good choises. All of these have 1ms response time and 144hz refresh rate.

Don't get a 1080p monitor any bigger than 24" unless you have bad eyesight or it's going a long way away. Any larger really needs at least 1440p (depending on size of course)

Nice and cheap with decent specs, reviews seemed positive about it too (not just the ones on that site), went for a cheaper one as I'm planning on getting a G-Sync monitor in the summer (IF prices become reasonable).

warning to anyone that wants their delivery to arrive on time and have decent customer service, don't go with overclockers haha, paid for next day delivery and its now 2/3 days late. Such a bad company.

Me and my brother always purchase our parts and stuff from Scan. I found your monitor here I think: Scan It looks to be a little cheaper too, not much though. Never had any problems from them.
