PC version aint out, so there's no way to compare them.
I assume the PC version will offer much better image quality (providing your PC can run it) over any console graphics.

With the right hardware, pretty much everything will be improved on PC compared to all consoles. Higher FPS, better draw distance, better FOV, higher resolution, etc etc.

I want to ask something , because im a nub in this things , jeje.
I just have for CPU : Intel® Core™ i3 CPU 550 @ 3.20GHz ( 4 cores ) , and RAM 4GB. The minim requirements of this game its " 4gb ram " . And i think " im on limit ". But never know if my 4gb , I do not know if are integer 4gb or you have to deduct the Windows usage , and other things ,and want to ask if i can play it? I dont want to play and then later cant play it.. Thanks for all in advance

Select "Grand Theft Auto 5" and see what results you get.

Nobody really knows yet. I would wait 1-2 days after the launch as there will be numerous benchmarks on the game and you can see how well the game will run on a similar system.
