I 2nd what Josh said, the Police on the front is quite far back so it would not be easily to spot from a person infront of you.

I ll ask Elmo when i see him about this.

I made an Irish police skin today, and I'd like to know whether it can be used or not. My reason for asking is that it doesn't have "Police" written on it (since they are called Garda in Ireland).

Yeah, the only problem with that skin is this:
Server Rules Wrote:4.4.3 "POLICE"

The word POLICE (or POLIZEI, POLITIE, POLITIA or similar) must be clearly visible on the front, back and sides of the vehicle in a clear font, in colours contrasting with the background.

It has to be "POLICE" or a similar variant thereof, I'm afraid. It looks good though. There's nothing stopping you from having the "POLICE" in the appropriate places (and in an appropriate size), and having "GARDA" in smaller writing wherever.

Now I have replaced "Garda" with "Police" on all four sides. (I guess it must be ok now Wink )

Just spoke to Elmo and the skin is just fine to use it. Politia on the back is a bit small and the bonnet is very far back, but you are allowed to use it.

Damn that looks pretty nice Polete, well done.

Apart from the color it's fine, just not sure that yellow is acceptable as a cop color, people might be deceived into thinking it's a tow skin.

Will ask Elmo about this, but at the moment i have my doubts. With a more suitable color like black/dark grey i would see no issue.

No for both, I'm afraid.

There needs to be "POLICE" (or a similar variant) on all sides in clear/big writing. Also, I don't think the colours are very recognisable.

Take this advice on board then re-post with new screenshots please. Also, be sure to take screenshots of the rear too.

1. Yes, change "PURSUIT" to POLICE, although in my opinion, it would be best to do it in white because even the "PURSUIT" seems a bit hard to see, but could just be the screenshot.

2. You need to put "POLICE" on the front too.

3. We'll need a screenshot of the rear eventually to make a full judgement.

4. Well, I think something about the design should change. From what I can see, the whole design consists of a black vehicle with a white stripe which isn't highly visible or particularly recognisable as a police vehicle.

5. Overall, it's Elmo's call.
