Quick news for everyone,

it looks like our host provider (Hostspree) decided to go AWOL and we've been unable to reach them for the past couple of days. Unfortunately, I don't have a copy of the files on me (besides the website, not the forums).

Please bear with us while we try to get this issue solved as soon as possible.

**Edit1** I spoke with Eleven2, the providers for Hostspree. They asked for the account to be cancelled. Eleven2 is not able to recover the files so i'll need to speak with Hostspree directly.

**Edit2** I was able to send an email to the "owner" of the domain name, let's hope he responds in a timely manner.

**Edit3** Neither Eleven2 or Hostspree was able to provide me with the files. Unfortunately, everything has been lost. Starting from today, i will take a weekly backup on my computer JUST IN CASE.

**Edit4** Street-Obsessions.com is back online. We found a small free hosting service with all our needs. The front webpage is online at least.

**Edit5** Forums are back online as well, please check http://street-obsessions.com/forum . Currently rebuilding and reinstalling everything, you'll need to re-register and everything.

Our hosting provider is currently updating the servers this morning. This was a planned scheduled maintenance. There's not that much I can do about it unfortunately.

Hello everybody.

July 19th marks the beginning of Street Obsessions. This date also marks the day i became the leader of the team. I never thought i would embark in such a trip. I'm not sure that Chris imagined that SO would become such a big team in a short period of time. I'm glad that it happened.

Months have passed, people have come and gone from the team. Most of the "OG" left and the team changed faces a couple of times. Some of us left for personal reasons, some of us were kicked due to conflicts but everybody (in the most part) stayed good friends.

In the past few months, i've been stressed out to no limits with this team. I had to deal with new members, technical issues with the website and decisions that caused some chaos in the team. I also feel that my point of view of where i want the team to go doesn't really reflect what members want from me. There is also the fact that pretty much nobody is really active. Some of you still play Lfs, some of you are in Skype every now and then.

The time has come for me to step down. I cannot live with the stress of being a leader anymore. I've got family and personal stuff to deal with and i can't afford to be stressed about a game. Its suposed to be funny and it isnt anymore. I will demote myself down to senior member.

I will deal with day-to-day stuff while Lcee is AWOL and will give him the reigns once he gets back. I'm sure you will all agree with that decision and wish him good luck in his new tasks.
