I can still remember an idea that would only allow ONE fine per incident, like it should happen IRL too. The idea also included a big ticket on the offender's windscreen (or screen) when they come back. So, Insim would prevent those double-fines as long the ticket hasn't been clicked away. In that case, the fine should be raised and/or selectable to match the severity of the offence. I think I may have a go at it the weekend.


Extending to that, cops should also have the authority to order the (forceful) removal of a car, i.e. by tows.

Well, at least not in Germany, not for the same offence. Unless its a mistake, but then you could appeal. But it's impossible to collect a hundred like in a Simpsons cartoon.

Same as Chuck down here, you can only be fined once per offence.

I think it's an excellent idea to do that, but I think if you implement that, the fine for illegal parking should be increased a little bit.
