GTR's are racecars, so no, they shouldn't be acquirable on our servers. I feel the same way about the UFR and XFR, but you can't always win.

As a compromise, what about restricted GTRs being cheaper to rent than a full-bore GTR. In fact, what about any rented car being cheaper to rent if it's restricted?

Id be in for making the rent prices a little cheaper. Other than that, purchasing an fzr...cop chases would be ruined for most.

Well, actually, if the FZR had heavy restriction, it would be more useless than it is already (it's not really a capable cop car to begin with). The problem is that it looks quite nooby to have GTRs roaming the track IMO.

In Australia full slicks ate illegal because they don't work in the rain, although there is no rain in lfs (yet?), it still doesnt suit the city driving feel of the server. People struggle enough driving tbo cars let alone race cars as well.

Where's the fun being cut up, spun out and ultimately tail gated by an FZR to only have it spin out, take you out of bounds because you slammed into a barrier as they are sent into you thanks to pro LFS physics. Meanwhile, they took the corner too fast, didn't pay attention to the UF1 ahead because they were too busy being a douche canoe to you.
People do it already in regular vehicles but I suppose being more of a nuisance in GTRs would be more appropriate, no ?

Agree totally with what Pipa. It's a city driving server. If you want to drive around in a GTR, rent the bugger! We don't want to see FZRs, XRRs and FXRs flying about the place (even if they have 50% restriction), it just doesn't look nice at all.

Having the chance to buy a GTR car is as stupid as putting the FOx/BF1 on the rent list. Its a cruise server and it should stay that way.
