Best refunded item I got was a £50 Morrisons voucher because I found mouse droppings in a loaf of their "baked in store" bread.

Btw we got new bread from the store and voucher for 2 products from the company when I spotted a black dot under the bread, which revealed to be dead fly baked halfly inside the bread.

Mate boosted from lvl one to 59 in a week on bf3.
Told support that he would kill himself if he didnt play because his life sucks ect ect.

He was unbanned, and told to seek medical help.
