It says its a Windows 7 Re-installation disc, so i assume it has everything that was installed on the computer when i got it.
Strange thing i cant even select to view Command Prompt when i start up the pc,not even in the F8 menu.
Currently trying to repair with Windows 7 disc, however im going out for a few hours, i will post back here after ive returned.

Okay,

if ever, you can create this CD yourself in 5 minutes.

as long as you have windows 7 on your other computer, otherwise you have to download (illegally Smile) because now they make you pay for the cd .... Closedeyes

Well im starting to prepare myself to reinstall as even after a repair disc session it didnt go past the "Black screen of death".
Does anyone know how to transfer whole folders to another drive using command prompt?

Im trying to copy alot of files from C:\users\Jedievensen\downloads to F:\xxxc which is a random folder i have on an external drive connected.

Edit:
Think ive gotten the copying sorted

A little update on how its going:
Spent much of yesterday transferring files out in command prompt to an external drive,am at the moment trying to make some hidden folders with bookmarks and such visible so i can copy that out too.
Once that is done i will reinstall Windows.

How much stuff did you end up backing up?! Im going to start using DropBox (http://www.dropbox.com/) for my LFS folder so i have it anywhere anytime i need it! Tongue

Not that much, but i was also out half of yesterday.
Starting to back up often now to a dedicated external drive.
