RE: Is this a ram or a pit? - Roba - 2012-06-21 18:39 Yes, well. The maneuver was quite stupid, dangering himself, suspect, civilian and could put the following cop in danger, something I wouldn't do. I can't call it a ram, but a stupid PIT. RE: Is this a ram or a pit? - McGherkin - 2012-06-21 20:06 Reckless, but well performed and legal IMO. RE: Is this a ram or a pit? - Chuck - 2012-06-22 05:48 Don't expect cops to be the most intelligent life-form on earth Nice gif btw RE: Is this a ram or a pit? - porez - 2012-06-23 07:35 let's look at this situation from the other side. Tommer is fast guy. Really fast, one of the fastest in fz5 (imho) @ [TC] servers. After many km's chase cops (usually slower than Tommer/other fast suspect) just grab every chance to catch suspect. This was a hard, but still clear, PIT. Maybe not at 100mph into a corner i wouldn't do over 60 in, but still i don't think it was unfair (personally). I can see from a robbers point of view that its a bit last minute and cops do become quite desperate if measures like that are taken. In Coils' defense its just like saying that pitting into a barrier is a ram, I think that pitting into a barrier is a lot worse than what Coil did. Then again this is my opinion and, what i would do. |
