100% overuse of the airhorn there. You leave the siren on and give short bursts of the airhorn, not the other way round :/

I think it's just how they do it there... I've watched a lot of the other videos and it seems pretty standard.

Well there was quite a lot of intersections and heavy traffic, so I think it wasn't really too much afterall, I mean, still even tho they used it so much there were idiots who drove in front of them.

The ambulance got from a to b pretty efficiently so I'd say whatever they were doing must have been right Wink

Good Old white van man..Well considering the amount of situations that the driver of the fire engine encountered it was very well driven with great use of reading the road ahead and he was continuosly looking left and right being very observant (you be suprised at the amount of ppl/children who could of potentially walked out from behind a car)...Nice to watch, loving the AirHorn Smile

Well, this run wasn't urgent (just a hospital to hospital transit), so he was "playing" a bit with the siren for the video. Smile

This is an urgent blue light run and as You can see the speed is a lot higher, but they use much less airhorn:

Those sirens were ace!

In the first Hungarian video: Anyone else recognise that tunnel and bridge from the Top Gear Fiat 500 race against bmx bikers?

Another thing I noticed was how far that Ambulance had to commute. Was it really the closest support in Budapest?

Hospital to hospital runs can easily be urgent if the other hospital has something the patient need NOW.

They are abusing the engine quite a bit in that last video.

Yes, it is the Chain Bridge in Budapest. Smile

As I said it was a hospital to hospital run, that's why it was so long.

Can be urgent, but in this case it wasn't. Smile

Took this with my iPhone while at work. Only like a 10second clip Tongue

I take it you understand that language and know that way, because otherwise i dont believe it werent urgent as that would be VERY strange when they use sirens like that. The one who controls the siren wouldnt have their job for long i hope, if it werent urgent Smile

The driver said in comment this run weren't urgent, and they played with the siren for the video. Smile

Where did you film that because that ambulance looks exactly the same as Coventry's ones
