I found this under the Road laws section in the old rules from 2010.
Road laws Wrote:- No drifting
- No spinning/donutting
This is not against server rules, and as it is road law, it means that cops can fine people for not following those rules.

However wrong side is a roadlaw and server rule, only enforced if it needs to be. It's all individual to the situation and was going to use the term admin discretion but we all know how much this community love that so ill use the term common sense.
