Agreed, just because they don't do anything harmful doesn't mean thats fine with me.

It's a bit like those pesky mormons around here, ring your door and want to come in talk to you about god. Obviously there wouldn't be any harm in letting them in, but if they would come in without my consent i would make sure they won't return.

Same with origin. I don't need it, i don't want it and yet i still have to, eventhough i paid for the game.

I asume the User Agreement has something in it which states that it can search your hard drive or something like that.

Could anyone advice me how i get the flashlight/laser working? They seem to be a HUGE advantage in close combat.

It's a weapond unlock, you will get it to one of your primary weaponds if you get enough points for unlock with it.

and btw, they have restricted the dogtags. Now its only US, lucky us that did it ysterday!
