Can't believe these two women are not dead.

That truck has been swiss-cheesed. Several shots at the head-area of the rear windshield. Dayum! These girls had some freakin' luck they're 'only' in hospital!

Don't get me wrong, I have general respect for the police in all countries.

But for cops to shoot innocent vehicles because the vehicle may match the description is completely and utterly stupid.

If the suspect's car was a distinctive car like a 1950 Ford which is multicoloured then maybe, but not a damn truck which a lot of Americans drive anyway.

I'm really confused, I haven't even heard about this. But those two trucks pictured are different models? No idea what's going on there.

He is done for! At least that is what TMZ is saying quote from TMZ's website, "Murder suspect/ex-cop Christopher Dorner is now cornered by cops ... law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... and we're now told Dorner is using smoke grenades to fend off police.

We're also hearing there are 2 officers down.

One source directly involved in the case tells TMZ, "We have him cornered." This comes after a couple were the victims of a home invasion robbery in Big Bear. The suspect fled in a white Dodge pickup truck and a State Fish and Game ranger fired on the vehicle.

Cops believe they are now poised to get their man. We're told a perimeter has been established by cops.
