I've got two G27's. The old one had a minor issue, so Logitech sent me a new one, but never wanted the old one back, so currently using the shifter from the second set, as a handbrake, and of course I'm using the extra buttons.

Lol, of course I don't have both on the table at once. The other set - is as mentioned twice now - only used as a second shifter. The wheel is behind my floor speakers.

Ive been away a long time and coming back soon, but would I benefit getting a g27 or finding a cheaper g25? I feel like I remember reading something on the g25 shifter being cheaply made.

If lots of buttons and use with lots of games is what you're after then the Driving Force GT from Logitech is really worth a look.

Ok it only has 2 pedals but it has 900 degree steering and really nice force feedback and you can pick up a brand new one from eBay for around £70.
