RE: Something New You've Got... - Luke - 2015-10-16 22:33 That's like one of the cheapest cars I can find insurance wise. Once you have had 1 or 2 years experience the insurance will drop to like £700.. RE: Something New You've Got... - Sam - 2015-10-17 01:53 When I first passed I paid £1200 for a 1.2 Clio, then I changed cars and it went down to £780, then this year it has went down to £560, it was going to be £450 if I booked it far enough ahead but I miscalculated how long I had left on my current/old insurance. I could probably get it cheaper but I do/have done a lot of miles, so my mileage on my insurance is pretty high for someone my age. Spark, this is a Yaris You might know it as something else as they get called different things in different places. RE: Something New You've Got... - Owl - 2015-10-17 07:47 You know, it's cheaper to insure a Mazda MX 5 than a Clio due to it's boy racing factor. RE: Something New You've Got... - MousemanLV - 2015-10-17 09:56 Hmm, you get the real driving license in a week? Interesting, I got mine after I passed my driving test - paid +- 25 EUR and got my document in about 5 minutes. Interesting car (Yaris). I wouldn't feel very safe driving that when you take into consideration how many transport accidents and transport accident related deaths occur in Latvia monthly. I just wouldn't. If you are involved in a frontal collision, you are done. RE: Something New You've Got... - Don - 2015-10-17 10:23 I pay for my Hyundai 18 euro's a month And that for a 17 year old and a 2.0 ''sportscar'' RE: Something New You've Got... - Owl - 2015-10-17 10:50 (2015-10-17 09:56)MousemanLV Wrote: Hmm, you get the real driving license in a week? RE: Something New You've Got... - MousemanLV - 2015-10-17 12:19 It has a rollcage, obviously it won't become like a pancake. And there was no frontal collision. RE: Something New You've Got... - Owl - 2015-10-17 12:20 my point was how unsafe it is when you have to o a swerve at 70+mph RE: Something New You've Got... - Luke - 2015-10-17 14:01 It's 2015 not 2003 Newer cars tend to be cheaper on insurance in the UK simply because they are safer. A Yaris isn't much of a boy racer car and the newer ones are much bigger and safer haha. I wouldn't go in the smart car equivalent death trap. But then again, I intend on avoiding accidents RE: Something New You've Got... - Jimmy - 2015-10-17 14:04 I have only trafic insurance on volvo 940, 492sec every month car standing on my name also RE: Something New You've Got... - Nathan - 2015-10-17 15:53 I'm 680 on a evolution gsr at 24 lol RE: Something New You've Got... - Asas - 2015-10-17 16:19 Civic 97's insurance costs 100Euros a year RE: Something New You've Got... - Sam - 2015-10-17 16:24 Difference is you don't live in the UK , UK insurers like to milk young drivers for every penny they have. That is pretty good Nathan, who is that with? How many miles have you got on your insurance? TBH I still wouldn't mind one of these. Edit: Minus the Subaru seat covers (Odd choice for a Yaris) and how far back/slanted the seats are. Although for some reason I want a Suzuki Ignis Sport. RE: Something New You've Got... - Stephen - 2015-10-18 00:38 Insurance on the wrx is 1.5k a year, over 25 too RE: Something New You've Got... - Sam - 2015-10-18 03:29 Yeah but in Australia everything tries to kill you RE: Something New You've Got... - Carl - 2015-10-20 00:22 Never tried it before so I thought I would get some, meaning 3 cup fulls costing me 8 pound basically. Works out at 2.50 per sachet including shipping. I know this is hyped up by the gaming community but they have some interesting flavors I want to try. RE: Something New You've Got... - Toni - 2015-10-20 04:20 10W40 Oil for my car, after finding out nobody had filled it up with oil before i started to drive it. Oil level was literally under the low-point on the stick, just so you could barely see the oil on the stick lol. Lucky me i checked it. RE: Something New You've Got... - Nathan - 2015-10-20 05:42 it's with admiral for now Greenlight wouldn't insure me on the evolution till I'm over 25. it's 6000 per year which is all I do anyway what's g fuel??? RE: Something New You've Got... - Frozen - 2015-10-20 06:01 Its a new type of fuel for your car. That cant be any good for a human RE: Something New You've Got... - Carl - 2015-10-20 08:32 It's an overly priced energy drink but it comes in powder form. |
