It may be ugly and bulky but it can pretty much withstand anything I throw at it. And believe me, it has seen pretty much anything in the past 12 months.

Since I started uni I have been meaning to get a laptop as I can't take my desktop about with me, well I could but I would look very silly...

So tonight I rushed over to Tesco to see if they had any of the Acer ES1-531 laptops that went down to £180 and luckily they did!

So far it seems good for the price, obviously I won't need it for gaming ect as I have my desktop for that, so this should do well for simple things like doing essays, taking notes and entertaining myself during lectures.

Crossing off my wishlist on Amazon, ordered some 120mm Noctua NF-F12 PWM fans to replace the loud Corsair fans currently sandwiching the radiator on my H80i (Click to View)

Also upgrading my power supply, ordered an EVGA SuperNOVA 1000W (G1) to replace the Corsair CX750M that I have currently, just got to fit these and my 980ti & we're good to go for another few years Smile (Click to View)

I also want the new Skylake i7 6700 (maybe 6700k, not decided yet), a Z170 motherboard and some DDR4, but after the current black Friday spree, I'm on a homeless budget D:
