He said the car was 15 years old. It's a 2001 model.

It's the Invader Gear Mod Carrier Combo OD.

I use it to play airsoft. Soon getting my first replica and going out for my first skirm in a couple of weeks. First skirm is going to be a 3 day skirm, so I am excited!

I thought it was gonna be one of those crappy glasses that you get when you buy a small kar of nutella but that is quite nice.

Got some new bits for the conversion. To put the calipers into perspective, the rear brembos are the same size as the front calipers currently on my car, the front brembos are about twice the size of the front calipers /Mellow

Do those images fit on a DVD?

RE: Something New You've Got... - Leon - 2016-03-06 15:38

@Stephen: This is probably a silly question, but wouldn't it be easier - and possibly cheaper in the long run - to get an STi? Or are they stupidly expensive in Australia?

RE: Something New You've Got... - Stephen - 2016-03-06 22:49

It would cost about the same. The thing with the newer models is, because of safety these are a good 3-400kg heavier than my car and when i get around to weight reduction later on, it will be so much easier to make it (even) lighter than any of the new sti's. Also i love the shape of my car and is red Tongue

Good luck to you. I love the way subarus look but I built an 02 WRX years ago and it was one of the only cars Ive owned I was afraid to beat on. The engines pop too easily and I wasnt paying for an EJ255 swap. The EJ205 was expensive enough as is and I went through 2 of them on a bigger turbo with supporting mods and a reputable tuner. Ill keep my pistons moving vertical from now on.
