Its supossed to all be making a race , not parking , and because there is a bit of fog. Was a fast work , not worked 100%

Blur seems rather weird and not on point. I do understand your idea in the second picture but it is not executed well enough to reflect what you are on about, same goes to the third picture.

Perhaps give some improvement tips rather than simply pointing out the negatives.
