That's amazing, although he will probably never be the same again, and will have permanent injury in some way afterwards.

He wont be the Schumacher everybody knows him by unless it is a miracle. Miracles can happen though and hopefully in this case they will. It's a hit and miss situation, glad he is pulling through though!

Things are looking up for him now but I'm not sure how safe he is, but he has left hospital now, and not in a coma.

They said he was out of a coma several months ago (eyes fluttering etc.) - i'm tentative to feel too positive about this 'news'. A step in the right direction, but it's not as simple as "waking up".

Heard in the radio from some doctor, that he will most likely never be able to even live by himself anymore..
Don't really know myself about this, but I'd hope he wouldn't end up as a "vegetable"...

Well, I read it like "there is nothing more they could do in a hospital, so he may as well lie in his own bed and drool on his pillow". Sad, but I'm afraid that's what going on.

I think that's probably the case too, either that or progress is sure but really, really slow. No one seems to release any actual news about his health anymore(?).

They should've let him die from the beginning. I thoroughly fail to believe that he will ever recover as much so he can live his life sort of normally again. Sad but true.
