(2014-02-08 18:11)Tom Wrote:  i got bored reading half of this but i find the whole banning thing on tc has changed alot of it seems to be Favorited between certain players, either if it was a joke or serious.. a warning before a ban should of been necessary but that's my opinion on it, alot of people here take things way to serious at the end of the day its a game we go on to enjoy, now do so enjoy it instead of crying over it Smile

It's hardly favoritism when a user is record of ban/reports/fines of being disrespectful to other people, Those are counted as his warning so a ban over a over such a offence than is legit

With regards to the issuing of warnings, kicks and bans etc. We will always (with some exceptions) give a user a warning before issuing a ban. It always depends on the context of the incident taking place. This includes the incident itself, what rules have been breached, the user themselves and any other factors we feel need to be accounted for.

I don't know of any admins that do not follow this protocol, and if they have, it is soon picked up on and changed. This is also where you guys can help us notice it by talking to one of the team management.

When issuing a ban, as above, it all depends on the context of any incident - rarely are two bans the same. We have various factors to look at and this changes how incidents may be dealt with.

Please appreciate that there will always be information that you won't be aware of that will have been used to decide on action we have taken.
