That would be nice if we have to pay to use autobahn. (in the old full AB).
It may solve problem that everybody circle on AB .

I personaly think this is a very good idea and how you described it i think it will make the game more realistic as i also watch roadwars and it will make the law breakers think twice before they be a criminal
