I third Karak's opinion on that actually. Even I ain't been no perfect driver coming out of those junctions, I;ve been a numpty and haven't looked thinking it was clear, everyone makes them mistakes and we can't really help it.
Edit: or we could make it a Cops only Entrance/Exit for badly damaged Cops who want to go and repair their vehicles. sure you could set a boundary via the InSim?
