That's something I could help with too.
You could start off with free hosting though I would recommend going for paid hosting if you can see this team lasting more than a year.

I'd be glad to help you out with the Hosting/Website part. We should be able to create something simple to start-off (Free hosting with paid .com if you'd like) and build from there.

You need a team list. Also try get yourself a domain from somewhere well known such as (http://www.namecheap.com).

The server is getting filled with SO• members pretty quickly it seems.
I guess this "rush" is a good way to start off a new team! Glad to also be a part of the beginning of this, and I think it will also motivate me to drive more online. I've had a bit of a hiatus for some time now..
