I really don't get people these days, the fact is that versions of windows newer than 7 are much quicker because they are much better optimized for the more modern computer systems. Yes Windows 8 was a flop because of them dropping the original start menu, but why complain about it when it was reintroduced to Windows 10?
EvolutionVIII - "doesn't crash like Win8" - It never did crash.
Yukine - "Classic, simple of usage, no crap with it." - Its the same as Windows 10 then.
Sebas - "Both of my Laptops don't fare verywell with Win10 (Some issues with display and Projection issues)" - Well, that's mainly to do with Lenovo being muppets and not releasing drivers for their laptops under the XX30 series.

And I could update to 10 but I am not cue to it is a miracle that I get my FSX boxed edition to work on Windows 8 as many don`t. Same goes to 10

As I have seen on Microsoft's website (https://www.microsoft.com/fr-fr/windows/features), Windows 10 is more intended to be looking a-like phones and tablets. The feeling of having a tablet as a pc is totally wrong for me.
For now, some programs lacks of compatibility. But, simple guessing, I'm pretty sure that Win10 have some under-the-hood parts that makes it better than Win7.
That said, I'm used to Win7. I feel more "in control of everything", hence so I prefer it. Call me "old fashioned" if you wish.

Here's my latest wallpaper. I like the minimalist theme. I found the original mountain here. The colours have been tweaked and I made the city style one and the forest style one myslef. I also tweaked Rainmeter (that's the clock, date, usage stats & graphic equalizer that you can see) for about 2 hours until I got it how I like it. Happy with my desktop now
Temps and usage stats are also in the system tray for when a game is in the middle of the screen.I've said it before and I'll say it again, if you have more than one monitor, try your taskbar on the right for a bit, it's a godsend and you'll never go back
