Congratulations! I am sure you will love it, very cool bike. Must be a nice upgrade too, you have that 300 or 400 now, right?

I think Stephen has a Z650 atm

Started with a GSX250R, swapped it for a Z650 and getting a 750 today. Going to hang on to the 650 til I get the hang of the 750 Tongue

Nice one Charlie

7 lol - but they were for really silly mistakes (signalling too early, too slow at roundabouts (eek) and I messed up my bay park lol)

Nerves played a big role I think, should be OK now!

RE: Something New You've Got... - BP - 2019-10-29 21:09

Damn, that's a nice first car (well, a nice car in general)

Just bought a (nearly) complete rig Smile

Cooler Master Masterbox E500L
Gigabyte B450 Aorus Elite (with the Ryzen 3xxx BIOS Update for futureproof upgrade)
Ryzen 7 2700
500GB M.2 SSD
8GB DDR4 (for now, upgrading to 16GB soon)
Seasonic M12-II 620 EVO

Now, let's wait for a new GPU to arrive (I'll be using my good old GT530 for now, heavy GPU bottleneck)
Some advice about a very good GPU to play games in 1440p, high/ultra settings? Playing mostly sim racing games, and in general sim games

5700xt is smartest option cost/performance wise

It confirms what I was thinking, I was actually going for a RX 5700 XT but I was just making sure it was the sweet spot for gaming on a "budget" (I don't have €800 for only a Nvidia GPU)

Been upgrading all sort of peripherals:

Exactly. And honestly, I don't use my phone for sensitive things so I don't care really
