whatever you do don't weld the diff, it's not worth it ;P Need to change tires all the time lmao

That time was without garege Wink We had to do chance diff on ice couple months back. 2 guys and basic tools + 2 axle stands took 52min in -18 deg Biggrin With ramp and airtools its like 15mins Biggrin
Its easy because you dont need to dc brakes, just prop- and driveshafts to undo and couple bolts hold it in the car Smile

Well my friend has a welded diff for a Sierra on sale, I was thinking about it because I can't do it and I would then have welded and standard one Tongue

Okay, can say now why.

Tomorrow, hopefully (providing I can sort out insurance etc) me and a couple of others will hopefully be going to North Wales to look at a 106 GTI.
