RE: Post Your PC Specs! - Tommer - 2012-01-02 23:46

My machine's abit outdated.

It's a modified Dell 5150

Processor's a Pentium 4, Hyper Threaded thing, 3.2GHz

4 Gb's of RAM (1 of which was 'borrowed' from the parents computer when I was fixing it Rolleyes )

The OS is installed on some 256Gb Hard drive, cba to find the model, it's midrange though. Maxtor.

Secondary Hard drive was added myself, it's a 1TB drive. Western Digital.
Soundcard... yeah it's decent, 7.1 Creative Audigy 2ZS

Graphics, Nvidia GeForce 8800GT (Fan just kicked in y0!), got some ridiculous 512 MB memory on board, that I somehow doubt ever gets used, and would be pointless anyway considering my Pentium 4 bottleneck processor.

Some kind of PCI Modem thing, never found it's drivers.. don't need it lol Tongue

Runs win7 ultimate with some modifications, namely to boycott windows logo's and increase performance 10 fold..

Two screens, both dell, 17" and 19", none of this widescreen-big-but-terrible-for-multi-or-single-tasking nonsense.

5.1 Surround sound system.. subwoofer might be dell but it can shake the room happily without distortion

G27

Some fancy wireless mouse and keyboard nonsense (this disturbs me as my room is traditionally a jungle of wires, i don't feel at home with wireless Unsure - Aesthetics are not my thing, probably why i'm foreveralone.jpg Biggrin)
