HwA = Highways Agency and the driver is a traffic officer. Basically keeping an eye on the highways/roads, doing traffic diversion at accidents/obstructions in the road, pulling people over who breaks the road laws, etc.

btw I did a live streaming on my channel yesterday (1st one Tongue)





There is some fails on drive cuz I had low fps (stream problems)
sorry for crappy quality but my live stream only accepts 360p Sad
hope you follow my streams in the beginning
