Well, I didnt really get how that numberplate stuff works, nothing changes after I click 'Upload' and restart ETS.

I do logged in with my worldoftrucks account in-game, but still has a random numberplate on a truck. Should I purchase my own truck maybe? I'm currently working for hire.
Could anyone clarify this?

You will have to have your own truck for that feature to work =)
