It's TweakForIV, only for 1.0.4.0. I need to get 1.0.7.0 once I've finished campaign so I can play LCPDFR, that shit looks insane!

If you're interested in LCPDFR, I put a couple of ENB's together to create one that works flawlessly when policing, here's how it looks in-game.
