And for the image, you need to go to a image hoster like http://www.imgur.com and upload it to there. Attaching it to your post is a bad idea. Once you have uploaded it copy the link and past it in your post including img tags.

By luck I got a lot of "fuel" (for the smelter) under my house. And yes, it was a fully filled lake at the base.

Minecraft 1.9 will allow you to fix enchanted items with exp. Keep the all in a chest

Knowing him he will manage to loose his enchanted items to some random hopper/clearlag/lava before being able to do anything with it

I never lost an enchant axe due to it going behind a chest while the clearlag was running. Never.
