RE: Something New You've Got... - Vee - 2012-09-04 13:29 That lasted long RE: Something New You've Got... - Hexta - 2012-09-04 13:52 you need to learn to take care of cars. RE: Something New You've Got... - Tom - 2012-09-04 23:41 haha i took it to mechanics and they said hwo did it last that long anyway, it has no transmission fluid in it lol RE: Something New You've Got... - Crille - 2012-09-05 10:47 My G27's gearbox is acting up by not holding on to second gear but instead go to neatrual. So I contacted Logitech and now they are sending me a new wheel Outstanding customer support! 1-2 years ago I had problems with my G25, that time they sent me my current G27 RE: Something New You've Got... - Johan. - 2012-09-05 13:06 Yeah thats amazing Crille, I had the reverse problem.. I was able to keep the broken shifter + wheel, and got a new wheel instead. RE: Something New You've Got... - Fatteeh - 2012-09-05 13:15 I got a new G27 only because the clutch pedal was a bit noisy Outstanding customer support indeed. RE: Something New You've Got... - Ras - 2012-09-05 14:09 Im quite curious, do you just tell them the problem and they say "Here, have a new wheel"? Yes, if it's under warranty you can make anything up. They will send you a new wheel for free make some $$$ RE: Something New You've Got... - Cola - 2012-09-05 14:37 I want to complain about mine as well..(working perfectly though) Really miss that gorgeous feeling the wheel as got to it when it's brand new. I just has to happen while it's still covered by warranty. Bought first G27 at Oct. 2010, got replacement in Aug. 2011, now it's Sept. 2012. Should be time for a new one if I'm gonna keep the sequence of it RE: Something New You've Got... - Wayne - 2012-09-05 14:49 and RE: Something New You've Got... - Paul - 2012-09-05 15:04 Another one. Yes, I told them that I had the wheel since Januari '12, and that the shifter is malfunctioning, with a little explanation of what I've tried, as there are 2 new G27's in this household (3 right now, 2 brand new wich one of them has the shifter problem, and one that doesn't shift properly at all, but I couldn't be bothered to claim warranty on it, as Paul already had it 2 years) RE: Something New You've Got... - Cola - 2012-09-05 17:18 (2012-09-05 17:00)Johan. Maybe mine's got the same RE: Something New You've Got... - Johan. - 2012-09-05 17:28 Paul his original wheel had shifting problems, every gear seemed to react on wich ever gear there was configured, so it was wildly guessing in wich gear it would end up. Mine was, that it wouldn't get into the Reverse gear anymore. I got it replaced, Paul is using my old-new wheel with the non-reverse shifter, with the reverse configured at a button. RE: Something New You've Got... - Hexta - 2012-09-05 19:31 We splitting the profits here 50/50 ? RE: Something New You've Got... - Johan. - 2012-09-05 20:48 Sort off ... Its even worse.. Vincent is using Paul his wheel with the 'take a guess wich gear I'm going into' shifter. RE: Something New You've Got... - Makee - 2012-09-06 15:39 RE: Something New You've Got... - Cola - 2012-09-06 17:27 Got a new mouse. Old one had an issue with the L- and RMBs. So got it covered by warranty, and got a brand new one back. RE: Something New You've Got... - MariusMM - 2012-09-07 16:01 ..... |
