Nah, doesn't matter where you buy it from. They will tell you to ring Logitech up as it's not their product.

I can confirm this. I just called Logitehc today 2 hours ago, because my wheel has got 20º of deadzone at each end (40º total) Making my wheel only go 860º total instead of 900º when set to 900º.

Anyway, they already confirmed that a new wheel is on it's way to me. Smile

Really good support. And it seems I get to keep the old one with perfectly working shifter and pedals Thumbup

I bought my G25 2 years ago, and got it replaced with G27 1 year ago. And the G27 replaced half year ago...
Also they didn't wanted back my G25, so I sold it... So I have a half year old G27 for ~20 euro... Biggrin

The most shops here in Holland will do exactly the same. They will contact Logitech aswell, wich makes it faster to call them yourselfs, than doing it via the shop you bought it from. (Adds another 3 weeks here, at most.) While I called myself, and had a replacement the same week (sent them a mail at monday, got a new wheel at thursday)

It has to be under warranty otherwise they won't replace it. It's easy just to call them up, explain it's broke and they send you a brand new one usually gets delivered fast for free too..

You just need to give them some code on the wheel somewhere and make it seem convincing Tongue

Literally, yes. I can send you my emails between them if you really wanted to see them pretty much say that.

My original G27 was straight from Logitech. All you need is a receipt I think.

Their customer service is incredible.

Edit: Make a sob story about how it's overheating. Boom, new wheel.

You can try emailing them. I did the same with the DFGT I had, and instead of a replacement, I got a 50% discount code for their shop. Thumbup (Wich.. suddently turned the expensive Z906 a bit less expensive)

The exact same thing has happened to both my G25 and the replacement they sent me. Seems the G27's gearbox isn't actually any better.

AFAIK, it's a plastic part (that should be metal) getting worn out.

I believe the warranty for the G25 is 2 years? I may have like 3 months left on mine not sure, might see if I can get myself a G27 out of it.
