38:10 - Speeds through Avon Crest into my suspect, failing to apologize.

He seems to follow me (or tends to be in the wrong place at the wrong time), causing a crash and failing to apologize the suspect.

The user will be getting a warning for intentionally ramming, interfering with chase and failure to apologize
