Why ban something I did not do this a new account if the reason the link accounts
Account smiley_ksa I know this person's account was last appearance in entering commits problem has been blocked, I was not the reason I'm not active, I bought a new license in order to get rid of trouble and I will be independent

Well, you were banned on one account so you just used another. This is not tolerated. You should sit out your ban.
EDIT: I actually believe you're the same person. Nickname matches and IP address matches.

No not really I am I was a regular on a server and do not break the law but my friend in school was the one who owns the account I was a tire in the compilation of the money and the car nor I will be orderly but is shocked police and disrupts people, I decided to buy a new license in order to be regal and no one intervenes

The fact both accounts had IP address matches and nickname matches is enough for me to link them, meaning any bans received on one account will be instated on the other. So far, there is no reason to change this.
I'm afraid the ban will stay.
