Just saw this on Steam, I reckon it looks pretty promising.


Currently in Early Access stage.
Made by Bugbear; The same company behind the FlatOut series.

Games fun for about 10 minutes then it just gets boring. Has nothing else to offer than smashing up cars.

Another proper Flatout game, looks great. With some proper physics this could be quite fun.

As long as they keep it out of Dutch hands, they should be fine, lol. Can't wait, played alot of FlatOut, and still would I think.

Because a group of dutch Developers who's name I can't remember got the license of the Flatout name -- Not a "dutch group", Team6 known for games like Worms (who are Dutch) --. They made a sequel, and completely ruined it as the game was completely different than from the earlier Flatout games. The whole destruction thing wasn't really in the game in the beginning, and the handling of most cars were so poor you couldn't even get them around the very first corner.

Now, ok, fair enough, they never got the engine of the previous games to work on, but it could've been sooo much better.

I got this game on steam and the derby aspect of it is alot of fun, the driving on the other hand is pretty awful. I tried playing it with my G27 and just gave up. It's decent on xbox controller but still very arcade. It's been renamed to "Wreckfest" also.
