For a laptop that's pretty cold, you'd start worrying if the temps were over 70-80C

Yeah but still its getting overheated and keeps crashing at those temps

Then it's not because of overheating.

What brand and type is your laptop? Please search for a precise name, otherwise it's pretty much useless.

You shouldn't open it up if you aren't really into the subject.

You have a 32 bit operating system installed with 8GB of ram, which makes no sense. You can only use 3,2 GB of the 8 GB. You should reinstall the PC with a 64 bit operating system. This would also assure that it isn't just the installed operating system, that's causing the problem.

Does it have a dedicated graphics card? And which?

RE: Laptop help! - Jimmy - 2014-01-18 15:54

I am not sure about graphic card type it is in this laptop, but its got HDMI and vga output.
and themps just going wierd right now.
i gonna fix 64 bit system to it se if getting better later.
