12:57.10 Causes a crash which ruined my car totally.

9:58.46 Saws sirens and doesn't care to brake at all so caused a crash and didn't apologise.

Power will not have any action taken against him for the overtake at 5:17:28.
However, he will have action taken against him for the disrespecting sirens of EMarci[COP] / Enthusiast which occurred a little bit previously.
The incident at 12:57.10 was a genuine chase incident. He tried to avoid a pit from the cop who was chasing him and unfortunately, he drove onto the wrong side into you. He apologised and these things happen.

He will be dealt with for not being very responsive to sirens. I watched the replay on this one quite thoroughly to see exactly what happened.
