Well first of all, it would look much nicer if all of the "POLICE" text were with the same font..

Nice try Kille! Keep working at it buddy you'll get better as time goes!
I suggest you use this font for your POLICE and numbers ect.

Its the real one Police forces in the UK use on their car's and I think some foreign cars do to!
Secondly remember about skin stretching. I think Audiojack pointed this out on your last skin.

not sure if its just me or the angle of the shot but the "POLICE" on the front looks a little off angle, just something else that might be able to be improved.

The battenburg looks really really "cartoony" try making the colours darker and not so bright.
