Today, wanting to play at your server received a message that the server refused the connection. I'm new to the LFS, seeing how they play colleagues decided to buy an account, but I came across an account of the ban.
My request is that, if I have to remove the lock because all of my friends play only on your servers. Smile?

There's no need. Your IP addresses match other accounts over a period of time, even though you've supposedly just bought your accounts.
All linked accounts have been banned and will not be unbanned.
