Of course planes could fly that close to each other but the "captain's" speech is kind of weird, sounds so made-up.

The planes would physically be able to fly that close, but it'd be ridiculous to do so, I'm sure ATC wouldn't allow it.
Also, the announcement made on the plane's telecom alone would tell me this is fake. I'm sure flight attendants (judging by the voice, it wasn't the Captain or First Officer even) wouldn't use such unprofessional language.
Seems like a clear fake to me (the graphics look unrealistic as well), but welcome to the internet.
EDIT: Just noticed the "This is your Captain speaking". I highly doubt it was, considering the fact he sounds like a 20 year old.

Maybe it's just Flight Simulator X. With mods, you can get rather good graphics in that game.
